Sally Finn, Drug Free Duval Coalition Executive Director
Topic: The drug landscape in Duval County and Narcan Training. All participants will receive a free Narcan kit.
Sally Finn is deeply engaged in the health and wellness of the community she calls home: Duval County, Florida. Having been actively involved in substance misuse strategies through her affiliation with Drug Free Duval since 2009, Sally has spearheaded the implementation of exciting and creative data-driven environmental strategies. As the previous Chairman of the School Health Advisory Council for Duval County Public Schools, Sally helped identify tools and strategies to assist youth before they have encountered the justice system, and is a champion for prevention that results in change. Under Sally’s leadership, there are over 50 formalized partnerships cross-collateralizing the important efforts toward freedom from substance misuse for all.
Christinanna Michelle Wilkerson MSN, RN, CMSRN
Topic: Prevention of Medical Errors
Christinanna begin her healthcare career 1986 as a patient care associate. With the encouragement and support of her family and friends, she completed the training as a licensed practical nurse and later pursued a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of North Florida. In 2016 after winning the battle with breast cancer she graduated from the University of Central Florida with a master’s degree in nursing education. She is expected to graduate from the University of Central Florida with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2024.
Ms. Wilkerson is the recipient of several awards including the Nursing Leadership Academy Award, Professional Nurse Award for Clinical Excellence, Patient Safety Advocate Award, Honoree at the 2010 Night of Heroes, Professional Recognition Award, and 2013 Great 100 Nurses of Northeast Florida. Christinanna is also an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Chi Eta Phi, Inc. Nursing Sorority, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
Kristin Keen, Rethreaded Founder and CEO
Topic: Sex Trafficking, what is it, how do we see it, and what we can do to support survivors of human trafficking.
Kristin lived for five years in Kolkata, India where she co-founded, Sari Bari, a thriving
business that gives survivors of human trafficking a way out of exploitation through employment. Sari Bari now employs more than 100 women. Upon her return to Jacksonville, Kristin started forming relationships with women on the street. She found that the problem of human trafficking was flourishing in her own city and in 2012 she founded Rethreaded. Rethreaded is a safe, supportive work environment where women can start a new career while experiencing continued healing through community. When not at Rethreaded, Kristin is biking or swimming in the ocean at sunrise.

Topic: Domestic Violence Continuing Education
INVEST identifies and intervenes in the potentially most lethal domestic violence cases. The team is comprised of a City of Jacksonville planning technician, Hubbard House advocates, and specially-trained and assigned Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) officers.
